This is a treatment option for more chronic and persistent muscle tension that can be caused by ongoing stress, major injury recovery, musculoskeletal disorders, and autoimmune disease, affecting the whole body. Depending on the clients’ specific needs several massage modalities ranging from relaxation and deep tissue techniques are used to help in the client’s pain and stress relief.
